A clear path from first message to finished rooms — measured, written, and paced for busy households.
First contact and fee clarity
Email [email protected] or call +44 161 555 4490 with your postcode and the rooms involved. We reply with available dates and the consultation fee (£95–£220) before anything is booked. No visit is confirmed until you accept that fee in writing.
On-site visit
We walk the rooms, measure key walls and openings, and talk through what must stay. Photos help us work back at the studio. Visits in Ancoats, the Northern Quarter, and terrace streets usually last 60–90 minutes; larger homes take longer and are priced at the upper consultation band.
Scheme and shopping list
You receive a written plan: layout notes, paint suggestions, furniture and textile shortlists with retailer options in GBP, and a suggested order of purchases. Package work (£700–£3,600) includes this document and follow-up email support while you order.

Ordering and install
Most clients order themselves using our lists. We can join a delivery day for an agreed half-day fee if you want furniture placed and textiles hung under our eye. We do not act as general contractor; painters and joiners remain your choice.
Follow-up
After the main pieces arrive, a short email or optional return visit checks fit and suggests small swaps if something is out of stock. Seasonal clients often return once a year for a lighter refresh using the same process at a lower package rate.
