UK visitors expect a clear choice about privacy tools. We keep the mechanism simple: no third-party ad networks are loaded from this HTML site, and the banner exists so you can confirm you have seen our notice and link to this page.

Declining still hides the banner for future visits on the same browser; it does not block access to styling information or contact details for Ancoats, Northern Quarter, or Victorian terrace projects.
